The international break is finally over and Manchester United return to action with a Premier League clash against Newcastle on Saturday.
Cristiano Ronaldo is set to make his second debut at Old Trafford while Marcus Rashford is the only absentee for the Red Devils.
Option 1: Van de Beek in, Ronaldo as no.9
This is probably the strongest XI Man United can field at the moment. Donny van de Beek partners Paul Pogba in midfield with Ronaldo playing in the striker role, flanked by Jadon Sancho on the left and Mason Greenwood on the right.
Option 2: Donny Snubbed, Ronaldo On the Wing
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has snubbed Van de Beek in the past and the manager could continue to ignore the Dutchman at the weekend. Playing Cristiano on the left wing is an option as well, with Sancho moving to on the right and Greenwood slotting in as the no.9.
