The Red Devils played some really efficient football against Newcastle United at the weekend, picking up a big 4-1 win in the process. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could, of course, opt to play that same XI against Young Boys on Tuesday.

That would mean a first Champions League starts for both Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane, while Cristiano Ronaldo makes his second UCL debut for United.

Jesse Lingard probably deserves a start for United after his impressive cameo against Newcastle, which he topped off with a sweet goal. Jadon Sancho could be rested with the West Ham United game in mind, while Donny van de Beek could also get his first start against Young Boys.

The Dutchman has claimed he can play as a no.6, so he can replace Nemanja Matic and prove that on Tuesday. Diogo Dalot could also get a start and replace Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who wasn’t the sharpest against Newcastle.
