Barcelona have added Romelu Lukaku to their list of Erling Haaland and Robert Lewandowski alternatives, reports Diario Sport.
Haaland’s arrival is almost ruled out, Bayern Munich want to keep Lewandowski at any cost, so the Belgian striker is considered a decent plan C.
Mateu Alemany and Jordi Cruyff reportedly have met the player’s representative Federico Pastorello.
Romelu Lukaku is said to be unhappy at Chelsea where he isn’t having his best career spell. The 28-year-old has netted just 12 goals in 40 appearances for the Blues this season.
Last term, however, the forward was unstoppable and clinched the Serie A title with Inter Milan, scoring 24 goals in 36 league games and providing 10 assists.
