Erik ten Hag has made the signing of Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona a priority for the summer transfer window, claims reliable journalist Gerard Romero.

The Dutchman wants to sign his ex-Ajax star as his ideal midfield signing and help fix some of the issues at Old Trafford.
