Chelsea On The Verge Of Losing 3 Top Academy Products To Premier League Clubs
Three of Chelsea’s top academy products, Valentino Livramento, Lewis Bate, and Myles Peart-Harris could leave the club soon, as per The Athletic.
All of the 3 stars have only one year left on their remaining deals and are reportedly refusing to sign extensions.
Lewis Bate is one of the most highly-rated midfielders in the country and 5 Premier League clubs, including West Ham and Liverpool, have expressed interest in signing the 18-year-old star.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have offered the teenager a strong deal, but Bate’s major concern is ‘the chance of first-team football in the future rather than financial gain’.
Also, the report adds that some coaches consider Bate even better than Billy Gilmour at the age of 18.

Livramento, a right-wing-back, was Chelsea’s Academy Player of the Year, he also faces a long time on the sidelines as Cesar Azpilicueta and Reece James are ahead of him in the pecking order.
Moreover, the Blues have already sold homegrown defenders Fikayo Tomori and Marc Guehi this summer, with these academy stars also possibly leaving soon.
