Chelsea’s third-choice goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli signed a two-year contract with the Blues during the summer transfer window to increase the depth in their goalkeeping department.
Coming from a club like Fulham and having been on loan in the lower leagues, this is the 29-year-old’s first time playing with truly elite players.
While speaking to the Athletic Bettinelli revealed who he is most impressed by saying: “I don’t think I’ve seen Jorginho or Kante give the ball away in training yet.
“If you were to ask who I’ve been most in awe of, it would be those two. They just never seem to be flustered; them and Thiago Silva.”
Jorginho and Kante are in the form of their life and have been nominated for the Ballon d’Or. It’s no surprise that both have been mentioned here.
