Chelsea Release 4 More Players As Free Agents After Antonio Rudiger Exit – Here Is The List

Chelsea have confirmed that four players who have made appearances for the first team are released as free agents.

There are no surprises on the list. Andreas Christensen’s expected move to Barcelona is not a secret, as well as Charly Musonda’s decision to leave Chelsea to pursue a career elsewhere.

Danny Drinkwater will no longer be on Chelsea’s payroll either, almost four years since his last appearance for the club.

Finally, Jake Clarke-Salter, the former England U21 captain, is leaving too. He’s likely to continue his career in the Championship.

Meanwhile, the club have also released Antonio Rudiger earlier this month as the defender declined the offer to extend his contract with the Blues. The German has since been announced as a Real Madrid player.
