Tuchel Finally Responds To Juve Manager’s Claims That Chelsea Play Better Without Lukaku

Romelu Lukaku has been out injured for over a month now but that has not impacted Chelsea heavily as the Blues are atop the Premier League table and managed to beat Juventus 4-0 in the Champions League.

A few pundits and Juventus manager Allegri suggested that the Blues play differently and better without Lukaku on the field. Asked to respond to these suggestions, Tuchel told the media: “Yes, I understand why people say this as people always look for easy solutions.

“People look for one reason and that things go one way or the other. But life is not like this, life is not that easy, and life in a football team is not that easy. Maybe we shine so brightly now because Romelu did the hard work before!”

Lukaku has scored four goals so far for the Blues including a goal against Arsenal. He might feature in tomorrow’s game against Manchester United.
