Antonio Conte Names 3 Clubs Who Can Win The Champions League Title This Season

Former Chelsea and Inter Milan manager, Antonio Conte, has listed three clubs as favorites to win this season’s UEFA Champions League trophy.

According to the Italian gaffer, the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, and Chelsea have what it takes to win this season’s Europe topflight league trophy.

The 52-year-old, who is now working as a pundit on Sky Sport Italia for their Champions League coverage after resigning from his position as Inter Milan manager in the summer, stated this after the first round of Champions League football for the 2021-22 campaign.

When asked who he thought were the leading candidates to go all the way in the Champions League, Conte replied: “The favorites are PSG, Manchester City, and Chelsea.”

Moreover, Paris Saint-Germain could not find a way past Belgium side Club Brugge on their opening matchday for this season’s Champions League tournament as they played out uninspiring 1-1 draw.
