Every Blues fan should already know who Declan Rice is, but here’s a refresher – the West Ham star is a former Chelsea academy graduate who has been heavily linked with a move back to Stamford Bridge.

Recently, Declan Rice reportedly rejected 2 new contract offers from West Ham as he is waiting for Chelsea to ‘firm up their interest’.

But not only that, Rice equally congratulated Billy Gilmour for his just sealed loan deal to Norwich and wished the youngster all the best – this got Chelsea fans on our community talking!
