Chelsea Board Headed By Abramovich Make Final Decision On Signing A Defender

According to ABC Sevilla, a local source, Jules Kounde is ‘confident’ his move to Chelsea will go through.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will have a meeting with manager Thomas Tuchel and director Marina Granovskaia to make a final decision whether to sign the center-back or not.

Tuchel is a huge admirer of the Frenchman and wanted to sign him when he was the PSG manager.
