Frank Lampard Finally Sends Message To Chelsea After Everton Appointment

In case you missed it, Frank Lampard was announced as Everton’s head coach a few days ago. The manager has already made some big moves there, signing Dele Alli and poaching coaches Joe Edwards and Ashley Cole from Chelsea.

Asked to detail what he learned from his Chelsea experience, Lampard told Everton’s website: “On reflection, I had a really good and enjoyable 17 months. The first year of Champions League against expectations and FA Cup final. Then my second season we were top of the league.

“You realize the reality of football at the top end, that in a difficult month and a loss of form, I lose my job. That’s something I’m aware that can happen.”
