Henry Tells Ronaldo and Other Man United Stars To Bring 3 Things To Old Trafford

Arsenal legend, Thierry Henry, has told Manchester United players, including Cristiano Ronaldo, that the responsibility is now on them and they need to show “desire” to play for the club.

Henry said Man United players need to bring three things – desire, will, and commitment to the table.

Henry’s warning is coming after Man United’s disappointing 1-1 draw with Newcastle United a few days ago ahead of the Burnley clash on Thursday night.

The former Barcelona striker believes that Ralf Rangnick’s side are heading the other way on the Premier League table.

“Right now in the [Premier League] table, they are heading the other way. It is always tough when a new manager comes in,” Henry told Amazon Prime.

“New ideas, counter-pressing, and gegenpressing as they call it in Germany – it is never easy to adapt to that. The players have to bring stuff to the table and the stuff is desire, will, commitment.

“We are seeing here with Rangnick, we all know what he is going to bring. The players need to show that they are now playing for Manchester United.”
