Callum Hudson-Odoi Sends Stern Message To Chelsea Ahead Of The New Campaign
Premier League football clubs, including Chelsea, have not played in front of a full-capacity crowd since March 2020, before the coronavirus pandemic hit the world.
Now, with the new season starting in 2 weeks, the UK government has allowed for stadiums to fill up given the impact of the pandemic is reducing.
As a result, Callum Hudson-Odoi has revealed his excitement to Chelseafc.com: “I loved the atmosphere, fans coming back gives you more of a buzz watching it [during Euro 2020].
“The crowd makes the game sometimes, when the atmosphere is high everybody on the pitch is high as well, and when you’re creating chances and scoring goals on the pitch the whole crowd makes it even better.”

“It’ll be amazing to see everybody, we’ve all missed the crowd. Every time someone scores a goal there’s no crowd to celebrate and you miss the screams and shouts every time something happens.
“When we see the crowd back, especially after winning the Champions League, we’re going to be delighted to show the trophy to them. Hopefully, when we get there it’s a game where we go out all guns blazing and win the game.”
The Blues will entertain Crystal Palace on August 14 at Stamford Bridge for their first game of the new Premier League campaign.
Just as Callum Hudson-Odoi said, we can’t wait to see the Blues fans roaring loudly for the defending Champions League winners!
