Barcelona’s head coach Ronald Koeman has revealed one Barca player he’s unlikely to count on this season.
According to Koeman, he is not certain if Collado will stay with the team or if he will leave. In a statement issued to Barcelona TV, the Dutchman said:
“Collado? I prefer Yusuf Demir in his position.
“10 days ago, Collado could’ve left us for a Belgian team [Brugge or Anderlecht]. Let’s see if he stays or not,” he added.
Apparently, Alex Collado is up for a deal if any should come on his behalf, recall that he [Collado] was really close to leaving Barca on loan, however, the deal hit its Waterlow just at the very last minute.
Talking about Demir, Koeman is reportedly impressed with the playing style of the attacking midfielder. Demir is just 18-years old and is on a loan deal from Rapid Wien to Camp Nou.
