Luke Shaw Rubbishes Mourinho’s Criticism After Masterclass Performance vs Ukraine

When quizzed about Jose Mourinho’s incessant verbal attacks during the Euro 2020, Luke Shaw simply smiled and replied:

“Look, it doesn’t matter I think Jose has his opinion.

“He’s working for TalkSport and freedom of speech, he can say what he likes. I ignore everything and my objective is to help England.”

Moreover, Shaw struggled under Jose Mourinho during their time together at Manchester United, with the Portuguese boss often publicly slamming the left-back. The English defender has even revealed how the former boss’s treatment affected him mentally.
