Manchester City Swallow Pride To Support Marcus Rashford In The Face Of Criticism

Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford came under a barrage of disgusting racial abuse after missing a penalty in the shoot-out of the Euro 2020 final against Italy.

Following the Euro 2020 final defeat, the Manchester United striker penned an open letter on Twitter, apologizing for his mistake and lamenting the vile abuse.

Along with many football personalities, United rivals, and neighbors, Manchester City showed class by supporting the 23-year-old, sending him a classy message on social media: “All of Manchester and all of England is proud of you, Marcus.”
