Luke Shaw has seemed to finally won Jose Mourinho’s praises following his stellar performances in the Euros.
Reacting to England’s 4-0 demolition of Ukraine in the quarter-final, the former Manchester United boss told talkSPORT: “Luke Shaw is playing better and better and better.
“I think the back four with the amazing Euros that both central midfielders are having is more than enough to control Denmark offensively. And then you have four players to decide the creativity of the game.”
Meanwhile, the Three Lions qualified to the semi-final in style and the Manchester United defender played a pivotal role in the victory. Luke Shaw assisted Harry Maguire’s headed goal and even linked up with Jadon Sancho at one point.
The left-full-back was a constant threat down the left flank and even Brazil legend Roberto Carlos couldn’t help but praise the 25-year-old!
