One Condition For Chelsea To Sign Declan Rice Or Tchouameni This Summer Has Been Revealed

Chelsea are after a midfield general this summer and as per most reliable sources, the Blues want one of Aurelien Tchouameni or Declan Rice to come in this summer.

And as per the reliable Nizaar Kinsella of Goal.com, there is only one way to finance the transfer.
