Crystal Palace Chairman Sends Message To Chelsea About Keeping Conor Gallagher Next Season

Chelsea loanee Conor Gallagher was awarded the Crystal Palace player of the season award yesterday.

The midfielder has been involved in 11 goals in 31 games for the Eagles and has run the show for them with his passing and athleticism.

Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish told Sky Sports: “We would love to have him back, I don’t want to pretend that’s not the case. Conor will make his own choices, and the club [Chelsea] will have something to say about it.

“We’ve enjoyed every minute of having him this year. If that’s all we get of him, and we hope it’s not, he’s been a fantastic asset to the club as a player, and as a person as well.”

Palace have every reason to want and keep Gallagher just like Chelsea have every reason not to sell him! Parish can have his dreams but it’s unlikely we see Gallagher not being a part of Chelsea’s first team next season.
