As per Italian outlet Calciomercato, Diogo Dalot’s agent had ‘an agreement in principle’ with AS Roma for the Portuguese to join them on loan in January.
Now, it appears Ralf Rangnick has ‘blocked’ Dalot’s transfer, despite Jose Mourinho’s interest in a reunion with the Manchester United defender.
Dalot has impressed in starts provided against Arsenal, Crystal Palace and Norwich City. In fact, he’s fit Rangnick’s plans quite well, making things tough for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Despite not getting enough chances under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Dalot actually has a strong opportunity to become the club’s first-choice right-back.
