Marcus Rashford Responds To Speculations Linking Him With Playing Abroad
Marcus Rashford has confirmed that his interview was twisted to make it sound different. The United star’s recent interview with The Guardian blew up after he claimed he’d love to play for Real Madrid or Barcelona if he moved abroad.
However, Rashy has set the record straight on Twitter. He tweeted: “If I remember rightly the question was ‘as a child, loving football, where would you have dreamed of playing?’…you’d be lying if, as a boy, you didn’t say you dreamt of playing for those clubs.
“Every child in every playground would say the same. This snippet is out of context.”

It’s great to see the player come forward and shut down the rumors before they are completely blown out of proportion.
