Fabrizio Romano All But Confirms Kounde To Chelsea As Personal Terms Are Reached!

Should he arrive, the center-back will sign a contract with the Blues until 2026 – the salary hasn’t been revealed yet, though.

However, Chelsea and Sevilla have still not worked out a final transfer fee and are in negotiations to reach an agreement.

Fabrizio adds that Jules Kounde ‘will be respectful’ with Sevilla if a transfer fee cannot be agreed – he is not forcing his move.
