In his interview with Marca, Ronaldo Nazario was asked who was the best striker in the world.
“In my opinion, it’s Karim Benzema, but Robert Lewandowski is very close. Erling Haaland will eventually be very good, maybe the best, but he doesn’t have the skills of the first two,” the Real Madrid legend has said.
“And Kylian Mbappe? He is very strong, he has the speed and the coolness in front of goal that will get him to the first spot.”
Interestingly, Madrid could have three of the four players Ronaldo has mentioned in their squad next season.
Mbappe is expected to join Real Madrid on a free transfer. Once his signing is sorted out, the Whites will reportedly focus on landing Erling Haaland.
