Speaking to DAZN, Cristiano Ronaldo said: “I don’t mean only in football, this new generation since probably 1995, they are thinking different.
“The life, the football, the struggles, this has to come from inside of you. You have to accept some times that you don’t agree with.”
Plenty of Manchester United first-team players were born after 1995, including Dean Henderson, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Marcus Rashford, and Mason Greenwood.
Ronaldo is said to be having issues with Greenwood in particular after growing ‘visibly irritated’ with the youngster’s reluctance to pass the ball.
The 20-year-old is yet to establish himself as a starter under Ralf Rangnick with the German seemingly preferring Rashford.
