Breaking: Ronaldo To Stay At Man United Next Season Under Erik ten Hag But On One Condition

As per tier-one journalist Fabrizio Romano, Cristiano Ronaldo is not in a hurry to decide his future right now.

The 37-year-old has another year left on his Manchester United contract but to fulfill that would see him miss out on playing in the Champions League next season.

However, Romano understands that Ronaldo hopes to stay at Old Trafford – provided Erik ten Hag is willing to count him as a ‘key player’ in his debut season.

Ronaldo is our highest scorer with 24 goals across competitions this season. At 37, that’s no easy feat, especially in a physically-challenging league like England’s top flight.

Romano further adds that Ronaldo, along with his agent Jorge Mendes, is expected to hold a meeting with Ten Hag before deciding the Portuguese’s future.

United are expected to sign a new striker this summer and Romano claims Ronaldo will have ‘no problem’ sharing duties up front.
