Roy Keane Critical Of Bruno Fernandes After The Liverpool Defeat
Man United were beaten 4-2 by Liverpool on Thursday night and United’s legend Roy Keane wasn’t happy about the result and attitude of some of the Red Devils’ players. Keane appears to be fed up with Bruno Fernandes’ attitude particularly, calling out the midfielder after the defeat.
Speaking on Sky Sports after the Old Trafford showdown, Roy Keane said: “I’ll be critical of Bruno Fernandes. He spent half the time crying on the pitch. Every time he got tackled he was rolling around.
“Manchester United players were looking for Liverpool to kick the ball out of play but you only stop with a head injury. United were all over the place, really poor performance from them, poor mentality.
“Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks a bit shell-shocked there. It’s been a tough few days. The performance was nowhere near good enough. All United’s shortcomings have been shown up in the last couple of days.”
