Liverpool Star Sends Bizzare Injury Message To Chelsea Ahead Of January 2nd Clash
Chelsea’s next opponents are Liverpool and their striker Diogo Jota has spoken about the Blues’ struggles this season in comparison to his team.
“We know even against 10 [men] how difficult it was for us to create chances [in the game at Anfield earlier this season],” Jota told Liverpool’s official website.
“I think that’s their main thing, they don’t allow the opponent many chances. They have their injuries, but we have had ours as well, we have had our COVID cases as well, like theirs.”

The Real Reason Why Chelsea Are Struggling To Win Games Recently Has Been Revealed
“Whoever is going to be on the pitch, 11 against 11, it will be very tough for everyone involved and a very intense game.”
Comparing the injuries at this point would be laughable, with Chelsea having missed Chilwell, Kovacic, Kante, Werner, and Havertz for significant parts of the season, just to name a few.
The Blues will be resilient but will need to be at their best with a makeshift side to get all 3 points against Liverpool.
