Just In: Erik ten Hag Makes Final Decision On Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Informs Him On His Future
Erik ten Hag reportedly doesn’t rate Aaron Wan-Bissaka highly enough to keep him at Manchester United next season, claims the Manchester Evening News.
The Dutch boss has informed Wan-Bissaka that he’s free to leave the club this summer if he wishes to.
If the English defender opts to leave, United will have a gaping hole at right-back. We will only have Diogo Dalot to play there and despite the promise he’s shown, he still has a long way to go before being a regular starter.
The MEN understands United might not have the funds to reinforce every single position, with Ten Hag’s priority believed to be strengthening the midfield and the attack.

However, that’s why it’s important for Wan-Bissaka, 24, to be sold this summer. His current deal runs till 2024, meaning United could sell him for a decent fee.
Reinvesting those funds in signing a new right-back could be the only feasible route for Ten Hag, considering the other positions that need to be filled.
