Ten Hag Makes U-Turn On Anthony Martial’s Decision Amid Cristiano Ronaldo’s Future Uncertainty

According to Goal, Erik ten Hag is ‘open-minded’ about the future of Anthony Martial at Man United.

The Frenchman has a disappointing loan spell at Sevilla where he scored only once in 12 games.

However, Man United are short on attacking options which gives Martial a chance to impress Ten Hag in the pre-season.

Of course, it’s not quite clear if Martial himself wants to stay at United after a couple of underwhelming years – but there does not appear to be a market for him just yet.

On the other hand, Cristiano Ronaldo just recently asked Man United to leave should a befitting offer comes in. Meaning that it could further shorten the Red Devil’s attacking options under Erik ten Hag, given that the club is yet to make any new addition to the current attacking squad.
