Thomas Tuchel Sends A Clear Message To Callum Hudson-Odoi Ahead Of The New Season
Following the completion of the Euro championship and Copa America, some of the first-team players are still resting. Thus, there isn’t a very big crowd at Chelsea’s Cobham training base.
For the manager Thomas Tuchel, it’s a very good opportunity to have a look at some of those players who haven’t featured a lot during his time at Stamford Bridge.
This set of individuals include Callum Hudson-Odoi, who he sent a pointed message, even if he was half-joking.
“Three coaches, 18 players,” the gaffer said as seen in a video posted by Chelsea’s official YouTube account.

“This is very good for Callum Hudson-Odoi. No more hiding, hiding is over,” Tuchel continued while giving the youngster a pat on his back.
After a bright start under Thomas Tuchel, Callum Hudson-Odoi has become a fringe player at the end of the season, making just one start in the last 16 games while also appearing four times as a sub.
Despite that, the 20-year-old is understood to be willing to fight for his place in the team, especially now that Bayern Munich seem to have paused their attempts to sign him.
