OFFICIAL: UEFA 2020-21 Player Of The Year Nominees & Award Date Revealed

UEFA have revealed the official list of players nominated for the 2020-21 Men’s Player of the Year award.

The award is given by the European football governing body each to a player who represents any club across Europe.

For the 2020-21 edition of the award, UEFA have revealed the official nomination list and Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne and Chelsea duo N’Golo Kante and Jorginho are up for the honor after their spectacular performances in the last campaign.

Also, UEFA revealed that the honor will be handed out on August 26 at the award ceremony.

The Nominees all enjoyed an impressive season, with De Bruyne winning the Premier League with Manchester City as well as becoming a Champions League runner-up while Chelsea midfielders claimed the Champions League title.

On the other hand, Jorginho won the EURO 2020 tournament with Italy this summer before capping it off with a UEFA Super Cup glory with Chelsea a week ago. [together with Kante].
