Edinson Cavani is yet to make a final decision on his future and it has been reported that Manchester United is keen on keeping the striker for another season.
The Red Devils will meet with Edinson Cavani next week to discuss the Uruguayan’s future at the club, according to a reliable English football journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Cavani’s contract expires at the end of the 2020-21 campaign although the Red Devils have an option of extending the deal for a further season.
The former Paris Saint-Germain striker has established himself as an important part of the first team at the club, scoring 9 goals and providing 2 assists in 30 games across all competitions.
Edinson Cavani himself is reportedly considering a return to South America with Argentinian side Boca Juniors interested in signing him.
