We are just three days away from the end of the January transfer window and despite being linked with a lot of names, Chelsea have not signed anyone yet.

It was reported a week ago that Thomas Tuchel wants to sign a full-back this month. However, top journalist Matt Law detailed why he won’t be surprised if no one arrives.

He tweeted: “Sure talks will continue over various possibilities and doors will remain open but it wouldn’t surprise me at all now if Chelsea don’t sign a wing-back/full-back before the transfer window shuts.”

Reece is set to be back for the Club World Cup final and in the absence of Ben Chilwell, Tuchel has tried to play the likes of Christian Pulisic and Saul Niguez as the left wing-back.
