FC Barcelona Explains Why Frenkie de Jong’s Move To Manchester United Has Not Happened

Barcelona have blamed La Liga for the fact that Frenkie De Jong’s transfer to Manchester United is taking forever, according to ESPN FC.

The Spanish league striker financial rules mean that Barca can’t soften their negotiation stance with the Red Devils when it comes to De Jong’s transfer fee.

Man United’s new manager Erik ten Hag is incredibly keen to land the former Ajax midfielder this summer while the La Liga giants are open to the deal.
