Lionel Messi Reveals The Reason Why He Chose To Wear Jersey No. 30 At PSG

It has been a rollercoaster summer for Paris Saint-Germain after capturing 4 superstars in this window at no cost. The most surprising of them all is Lionel Messi.

The former Barcelona star has officially signed for the French side after Barcelona told him that his contract cannot be extended late last week. Leo Messi has thus, passed medicals and already been presented by the Ligue 1 giants.

Messi, therefore, is set to wear jersey no. 30 at PSG, and speaking on the new development, the six-time Ballon d’Or winner said;

“Number 30 was the first number I wore when I made my Barcelona debut. After so many years, it’s like a new beginning for me,” Leo Messi has told RMC Sport.
