Why Romelu Lukaku Might Not Play For Chelsea Ever Again Has Finally Been Revealed
Romelu Lukaku may only be leaving Chelsea on loan this summer, but according to The Athletic, it’s hard to see him playing for the Blues again – at least with Thomas Tuchel still in charge.
The media outlet reports that the relationship between the striker and the coach is ‘badly strained’ after the events of the past year.
It’s also claimed that it’s hard to see a way back for Lukaku if Tuchel remains the Chelsea boss for the long term.
That is even despite the fact that Lukaku still holds affection for the club and has established a connection with the new owner Todd Boehly.
