Why Ryan Giggs wasn’t inducted or nominated for the Premier League Hall of Fame has been explained. Apparently, Ryan Giggs was supposed to be one of the first inductees. However, Thierry Henry replaced the Welshman at the last minute.
Earlier this week, Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry became the first two players to be inducted into the inaugural Premier League Hall of Fame.
And as per the Mirror, Ryan Giggs was due to be one of the first Hall of Fame inductees but was replaced by the Frenchman at the last minute.

Obviously, the reason why Ryan Giggs wasn’t inducted or nominated is because of the Welshman’s recent troubles with the law, including criminal charges for allegedly assaulting two women.
Meanwhile, a further 23-man shortlist has been revealed (out of which just 6 players will be inducted) but Gigg’s name doesn’t feature there as well.
