Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told a press conference he ‘does not know’ if Marcus Rashford will be fit to face Liverpool on Sunday, ESPN’s Rob Dawson reports.
The striker, who’s just returned after a three-month absence, was replaced in the second half of the Atalanta win with a visible medical issue.
Solskjaer has revealed that Rashford has got a dead leg. While it’s not a massive problem, it might take several days to recover from.
The 23-year-old has been quite sharp since his return, scoring on both appearances he’s made for Man United so far.
However, it would have been a massive boost for the Red Devils had he been fit enough to face local bitter rivals Liverpool on Sunday in the Premier.
Nevertheless, Man United will be hoping to build from their tremendous second-half performance against Atalanta on Wednesday night when they face Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday,
